By creating an account or using Pyxton, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pyxton.
Pyxton is a club management platform operated by Enright Collective LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with its principal office at 1406 W Hood Avenue, Chicago, IL 60660 ("Pyxton", "we", "us", "our"). Pyxton provides tools for managing memberships, teams, events, rosters, and club communications for rugby clubs and amateur sports organizations.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Pyxton. If you are under 18, you may only use Pyxton with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and by accepting these terms you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Pyxton is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 13. Club administrators are responsible for ensuring that any data they enter about minor members complies with applicable parental-consent requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Pyxton cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Information you provide to Pyxton (such as profile details, availability, and event responses) may be visible to club administrators, coaches, captains, and other authorized members as needed for club operations. By joining a club on Pyxton, you consent to this visibility as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content you upload to Pyxton (such as profile photos and club logos) remains yours. You grant Pyxton a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely as necessary to operate the platform and provide the service to you and your club.
Pyxton offers optional integrations with third-party services including Google Calendar, Discord, and Square. By enabling these integrations, you authorize Pyxton to access and use data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google Calendar: When a club administrator connects Google Calendar, Pyxton will create, update, and remove calendar events on the selected Google Calendar to reflect club events. Pyxton does not read or modify any existing events on your Google Calendar. You may disconnect this integration at any time from club settings or from your Google Account permissions. Pyxton's use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies before enabling any integration.
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential transactional emails from Pyxton, including account confirmations, password resets, and club-related notifications. You may opt in to additional communications such as club newsletters and updates, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.
Pyxton is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or features in the future. Any paid plans or features will be subject to additional terms presented to you before you sign up for them, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pyxton, the Pyxton logo, the rugby ball mark, and other trademarks and service marks associated with the platform are the property of Enright Collective LLC (registration pending). These terms do not grant you any right to use those marks. The Pyxton platform, including its software, design, and content (other than user-submitted content), is owned by Enright Collective LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may subject you to liability under applicable law.
Pyxton is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Pyxton will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for any decisions made by clubs or their administrators based on information in Pyxton.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyxton and Enright Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Pyxton, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Pyxton, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or (b) the total amount you paid us for the use of Pyxton in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enright Collective LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of Pyxton in violation of these terms, (b) your violation of applicable law, or (c) your infringement of any third party's rights through content you upload or actions you take on the platform.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, internet or telecommunications outages, and acts of any third-party service provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Pyxton will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the application or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of these terms reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Pyxton after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Enright Collective LLC regarding Pyxton and supersede any prior agreements.
